You are a snail. Your goal is to do laps to get money.
You can spend this money on upgrades in the shop to help you get more money.
You die if you run head first into a wall.
Also, I can't make music so you get whatever the heck this is. Enjoy
Controls:
A and D to steer the snail
Space to open/close shop
Q and E to buy items in the shop

Available upgrades changing and increasing in price every lap is awful design, just have a normal shop instead
Yea, I agree. Using the lap count to increase the prices was just the first thing that came to mind, but in retrospect I think it would have been better to have it go up in correlation with how many of that power up you've previously bought. I still like the idea of the shop sorta restocking each lap, but maybe it would be better to have more slots in the shop, and then only restock sold items, so that you can actually save up to buy an item. The current system just feels random and unfair to the player. Oh well, lesson learned. Maybe I'll fix it up a bit after voting for the jam ends.
